EPUB to PDF privacy policy

EPUB to PDF converts a selected EPUB book into a PDF.

Data processing

The browser workspace reads file names, titles, authors, chapter text and images, holding conversion settings, the current book and the last successful result in the session. Chrome extension storage keeps rating-prompt timestamps, dismissal and response state (epubToPdfRatePrompt); conversion settings are not persisted.

Retention and deletion

Reloading or closing the workspace ends its session; rating records remain until extension storage is cleared or the extension is removed. Downloaded PDFs, separate viewer tabs and information already held by external services have independent lifetimes.

Analytics

The welcome page and the hosted goodbye and rating pages carry analytics used to count installs and removals by country.

Optional feedback

Ratings of 1-3 stars open the rating page; 4-5 open Chrome Web Store reviews once configured. Chrome may open the goodbye survey after removal. Optional submissions include the chosen reason, comment, extension version and interface language; comments reach the publisher through Telegram, while comment-free submissions become counts.

Use and rights

Data is not sold, transferred for unrelated purposes, or used for advertising or lending. Data use follows the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including Limited Use.

Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object, withdraw consent, and complain to a supervisory authority, without discrimination.

Children

Avoid including children's personal information in feedback.
